Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Sterling and include gas, electricity, linen and towels (but not beach towels). We can also accept payment in Euros by bank transfer. Please ask for a price conversion. The price does not include house cleaning at the end of the week.
Cleaning service
The house is cleaned before arrival and you are responsible for leaving it cleaned to the same high standard. If you don't wish to clean it yourself, you can pay the caretaker €40 to do it for you.
Booking notes
50% deposit required with your booking. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. There is a €200 (can be paid in Pounds) security deposit payable to the caretaker on arrival. This is fully refundable so long as the house has been left in good order and the keys have been returned.
